End of Year Happenings and THANKS

Grateful For YouOctober and November have gone by so fast.  I call it the firestorm time warp.  With all the dashing around in October staying safe, and then getting back to service, and playing a bit of catch up when we could fit it in.  It's been so rewarding that the being of service part was the largest part.  I'm so grateful for our community.  I learn so much and get to experience so much connection and love with all of you.  Thank you!

I did manage to have a real rejuvenating break with my husband and friends for Thanksgiving.  We actually had a few days in a row in which we did not have a set schedule.  We could do what we wanted when we wanted.  Which turned out to be dancing, eating, laughing, biking, running errands leisurely, bringing order to our home, and wine tasting.  OMG in the middle of it all I pointed out how long it had been since we had done something just because we felt like it, rather than it was the most efficient way to get the most done.  And how enjoyable it was!

If you haven't had a day without a schedule in a while, put one on the calendar (ironic I know).  You may not have room for it in 2017, but I am sure you can find a day in 2018.  Treat it as sacred.  Because that kind of time is so rejuvenating to our souls.

We have 4 workshops coming up in December to help you rejuvenate your mind and body.  Then a 2 week vacation.  Scroll through to check out all our end of year happenings!

Wisdom WorkshopsHere's a rundown on the wisdom workshops we have in December to help you get aligned with your wellbeing and resiliency and ready for the transition to the new year.  As always details and registration are at http://www.wisdom-workshop.eventbrite.com.

Heart of Resiliency: Holiday Spirit All Year—Less Grumpy, More Gratitude!
December 8
th 2-5 PM

Come join the community that’s exploring our true nature of wellbeing in our longer, deeper 3 hour workshops.  Because I'm committed to keeping the spirit of gratitude alive in Sonoma County, the December early bird pricing never expires, but seats are limited so sign up now at  http://www.wisdom-workshop.eventbrite.com.

Your state of mind is the epicenter of your wellbeing and is the most important factor in health and resiliency.  Sometimes that feels liberating, effortless, and invigorating.  And other times, you wonder how you could possibly be feeling like your best self in your circumstances.

In these uplifting workshops, we’ll dive deeper into the heart of resiliency in respect to a specific topic (details below).  I’ll share with you a simple understanding about how thinking, moods, and behavior work. This insight, as experienced, discovered, and taught by the late Sydney Banks, explains the wisdom and logic built in to the human operating system.

We’ll explore how state of mind and resiliency work in respect to the topic at hand (details below) and how to tap into the innate wellbeing built into all human beings.  Once you start to see this for yourself, you will re-discover how to live in alignment with your true nature and experience synchronicity, intuition, and a sense of connection to the miraculous, regardless of your circumstances.  Because you already have within you all that you need for wellbeing.

December 8th: Holiday Spirit All Year—Less Grumpy, More Gratitude!

  • Do you struggle with the ups and downs of the Holidays?
  • Are you spending more time preparing for, than enjoying the precious moments?
  • Does gift giving leave you feeling more scarcity than abundance?
  • Are certain people getting on your nerves?
  • You know you have a good life, but you wonder why you don’t feel more grateful…

We’ll explore the nature of your experience so you can see how to access wisdom and experience the holidays with a greater sense of ease, joy, and gratitude. You’ll start to experience peace differently, appreciate your connection to the miraculous, and stop guarding yourself against the holiday blues.

End of the Year ScheduleWe'll be closed for the holidays (and Christina's birthday) from December 25th through January 5th.  Let's make a plan now to make sure you get the acupuncture care you need through the start of the new year.

It's also time to use up your FSA funds before they expire at the end of the year.

Our schedule books up pretty quickly this time of year.  Feel free to give us a ring, drop us an email, or try our online scheduling for existing patients.

In order to access the online scheduling you just go anywhere on our website that says make an apt. or book now and follow the breadcrumbs to "Existing Patients" and "Book Online".  You have to use the email we have on file otherwise the system won't recognize you.  You also need to get a pop up window after you hit the "submit apt request" button and then follow the instructions in the confirmation emails.  If you don't get a pop up window, it means some info is missing or the info you filled out is not the same as we have in our system, so you can edit that and try again until you get the pop up window.

Acupuncture for Firestorm SurvivorsWe're still offering  a complimentary acupuncture treatment to those affected by the fires financially.  Acupuncture is amazing at resetting the nervous system and clearing away the noise that distracts you from your true nature of wellbeing, resilience, and love.  Come on in and we'll help you hit the reset button.

if you are a current patient and have been affected by the fires financially, your next treatment is complimentary.  Just let us know when you book your appointment that you would like to take advantage of the Free Firestorm Survivor Special.

If you have friends that you know would benefit from our service, we are still offering our Free Mini Stress Reduction Acupuncture treatments for referrals from our patients.  I've expanded the treatment to include more points for stress reduction and the nervous system as well detoxification and respiratory support.  Just have them give us a call and tell us that you sent them to book the Free Stress Reduction Acupuncture Treatment.

Here's to lots of joy, connection, and gratitude for you and your loved ones!

Be Well,
Christina Ness-Hawks, LAc
