This past year we’ve grown the family quite a bit and we have a lot to celebrate.
My husband Kevin joined the team at the end of 2013 and started streamlining some of the systems and coordinating the insurance billing with the biller. We call him the Chief Efficiency Officer. In February we hired Melissa as a part time receptionist to keep the flow going in the office on Tuesdays and Fridays. We call her Awesome. And in the middle of all that, we hired a new stellar full service insurance biller to meet our growing needs.
All that was such an upgrade and all just in time. Thanks to all your referrals, the patient family has grown too. I love that I get to help so many more people every week and I get to spend more time doing what I love–using Chinese Medicine to help people uncover their inherent natural health and wellbeing.
