Thrive Acupuncture and Wellness is located at 3412 Mendocino Avenue inside the Fountain Grove Office Park, across the street from the Kaiser Medical Facility, between Bicentennial Way and Industrial Drive/Fountain Grove Parkway.
Please use the map at bottom right of the page to get specific directions from your location.
A note about the entrance: There are two openings to the Fountain Grove Office Park parking lot. Please enter in the Northern opening; this is the entrance and is marked with arrows into the parking lot. (The Southern opening is an exit; it is marked with arrows pointing out of the parking lot.)
Once you enter at the Northern side of the parking lot, make your first right, and park. Our office is located in building B, on the first floor, with the address 3412 and Santa Rosa Acupuncture on the door. Please call if you have any questions.
